Witness for the Defense

This is a year to know Me and hear My Word. For this year will be a year of distraction and confusion for the many, but a year of clarity and purpose for the few. Kingdom perspective is sanity in this coming season. This year you will be My witness of the ways of the world versus the ways of the Kingdom. You will be called to testify for Me in this world and in prayer. For some will repent, but many will receive a judgment from your testimony. Heaven is listening and watching. What is done and said will be a testimony for the prosecution or the defense. So season your words and prayers with grace and mercy.

John 5:24

"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.

John 12:47-48

"As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it. There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day.

Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Commentary

This prophetic word is actually another view of witnessing to others. It says that if people don’t receive the gospel of Jesus Christ, they will face judgment. The basis of the judgment is that they did not receive Christ, not that they were bad or good.
