What’s New

What is new? New is the revealing to you of what I already know. Though it is new to you, it is fact to Me. It is established and accomplished. For if I have thought it and if I have spoken it, it is truth, and exists today. Be not limited by the revealed truth, for I desire to share with you the secrets of My kingdom. Secrets that unlock great revelation and great power. Be as the Roman Centurion who took the opportunity ascribe to Me powers that the world had not seen, but He knew they were there because of his understanding of the world I created. Each day is new and each day can bring new truth, new hope, new faith, and new power to this world. For I delight in revealing that which is sought after. I have untold treasures waiting to be discovered that can change the very nature of your life. Let the challenges before you be an opportunity to seek a new solution from My kingdom.

1 Corinthians 2:6-10

We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"-- but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.

Matthew 8:5-10

When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help. "Lord," he said, "my servant lies at home paralyzed and in terrible suffering."

Jesus said to him, "I will go and heal him."

The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."

When Jesus heard this, he was astonished and said to those following him, "I tell you the truth, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.

Commentary

This prophetic word opens the door to God’s secret wisdom that He is offering to reveal to those who seek Him. This is the discovery and information age in the natural realm, but there is still so much that is yet to be discovered in the spiritual realm also. The last 50 years since the invention of the transistor has brought an astounding explosion in knowledge and technology. Yet the transistor was actually a discovery of the properties of silicon that God has placed in silicon from the creation of the world. All of the new technology has only come from discovery of what God had already placed in the earth including the properties of electricity, sources of energy, materials such as metals, plastics, and ceramics. These technologies of this natural realm continue to advance at an ever increasing rate with no end in sight. All of this without anything new being added to the earth. All of this has been available since the creation of the earth by God Himself.

And yet while the natural realm technologies grow rapidly, much of our spiritual understanding, or spiritual technology, has remained the same. How can this be when the same God created both. Could it be that we are just more diligent in our seeking of natural technology, than seeking the spiritual technology. Jesus demonstrated some of the spiritual technology when He walked the earth through “miracles”. But then He gave us the same Holy Spirit He had on this earth and we are still not walking in the power which He gave us. We have not greatly advanced the things of the Spirit as we have the things of the flesh. But we can be assured that the things that Jesus demonstrated are available to us as He said.

John 14:11-12

Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves. I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

This prophetic word indicates that anything that the Lord has thought or spoken does exists today. Though it is new to us, just like the properties of silicon, electricity, light, radiation, etc., God has already created long ago. Therefore there is much that is available from God through the Holy Spirit as it says in 1 Corinthians 2:10 shown above. Currently many of these “new” things are secret and belong to God:

Deuteronomy 29:29

The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law.

But as the centurion revealed in Matthew 8:5-10 above, These things can be given to us. Would we have understood that things can be spoken one place for action in another without the centurion using his understanding of the created natural realm to ask for the something that had previously not been available to us in the spiritual realm?

The prophetic word ends with an exhortation to use the situations that you find yourself in to seek God for a “new” spiritual solution. Perhaps He has led you into the situation to reveal something “new” to you. If necessity is the mother of invention, then God is the Father of invention.
