The Spirit of Jeremiah

Judgment begins in the house of the Lord.  I am raising up Jeremiahs in this day, says the Lord.  For he will not go to My people with obscure speech.  But he will go to people who know My name and he will begin to prophesy.  The spirit of Jeremiah will be upon the prophets.  They will uproot and they will tear down.  They will build and they will establish.  For I am not sending them to a foreign land, I am sending them to My people.  Those who call on the name of My Son.  And they will prophesy the word of the Lord.  And they will say “Thus says the lord.   Remove the whitewashed walls.  Tear them down.  I am no longer in the religion of My son, but I am in the relationship of My son.”  He says tell the people of My land,  “You have perverted My word and I will bring you down if you do not repent.” 

For know this day that I am uprooting the false teachers.  I am tearing down the lies.  For no longer will My name be slandered in the land.  For I have seen the prostitution of My name.  They have prostituted My word for their own gain. 

But no one weeps, no one cries, no one says, “How does the Lord feel about this?”.  For know this day that it grieves Me.  For My Son is holy, My Son is righteous.   Do you not know?  Have you not heard that He died, He went to the cross, He sacrificed Himself not to pollute the world, but to save the world.  Why are the people rejecting Him?  For My church has rejected Him.  But there is a remnant that has not rejected Him, and I will bring them forth.  And there are those who have stood forth and declared lies in My name.  I will silence the mouth of the false prophet and I will bring forth the prophets like Jeremiah who will prophesy My word.  And while others are saying that God will not do this, and God will not say that,  My prophets will say unto the church of Jesus Christ, “Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand.  Turn from your wicked ways, seek ye the Lord, for He shall glorify the name of His Son in this land and in this nation.” 

I will glorify My name, says the Lord. Tell My people that I have a remnant in this nation, who will shake off the cares of this nation and rise up in holiness and righteousness and will declare truth  And because of this truth, many of this nation will repent, and say, “Truly there is a God in America.  Let us go and seek this God, for He is the true God, the living God.  He who saves.  He who delivers.  He who blesses.  He who heals.  This is the God we have been waiting on.” 

For I am uprooting.  I am tearing down.  Be not amazed when you see them fall from the lofty places.  Be not amazed when you see churches uprooted from the root.  For I will curse it at the root and it will die.  I am going to give it a season to repent, and those that refuse, I, the Lord thy God, will put out the light.  For I have a people who will hear My voice.  I have a people who will follow Me.  I have a people who will speak My truth.
